I don't know what the hell they're singing about, which is one of the best qualities of Mr. Kurt Cobain, deliberate vagueness with their voices. Some of Mr. Jimi Hendrix's songs are like that too, as are Led Zepplin's, vague and beautiful. I'm on the first song. I may look up the other albums of this group, IF the other songs are as good as this first one.

Where do they release their music? It doesn't seem to be on bandcamp and only some of their stuff is on youtube

They were signed to Naked Ally records, & for whatever reason they took off their EP from bandcamp this year. The whole EP is on youtube, and that is the only place left that it's streaming. I don't think they ever released anything besides the EP.

There's this and jail, this is a full length and jail was their first ep. Both recorded by Matt frank of they're their there/loose lips sink ships. Best witches broke up, spencer did some stuff as California furniture and friendlys. Spencer moved from Chicago to Washington state. He does most of his own stuff now under his name, he's signed to run for cover records.
