The title "Best and Worst Home Builders" truly misrepresents the video. I'm not sure if this was intentional, but it comes off as clickbait. You didn't designate any builders as being the best or worst, but, instead, simply placed them into tiers based on the builder type.

Homes by towne out of my price range. We loved toll brother's. Wasn't a huge fan of the community in wellen park area.

Excellent video! Not sure if Florida is where we want to build. Would you say the info regarding tiers, and which builders fall into which tiers, is the same in other states? I know a lot of these builders builders build all over the country so, would Lennar and DR Horton be considered Tier 1 in say NC, SC, or any other state? Thanks!

Thank you! Yes I would say they would relate to other states as well. If there's a specific area/state you are looking into. I'd be more than happy to help you get set up with a realtor there who knows the builders etc.

Great question! I haven't worked a ton with them. But I would likely place them as a higher end tier 2 builder. Potentially tier 3

Great question! I know they are coming to Star Farms. I haven’t met with them or walked through one of their homes yet so it’s hard for me to say. But they will either be a tier 2 or 3 builder.

Im looking for a Builder (who do not use subcontractors) who can build a small Craftsman style home on land I own.

There are a handful of small local builders you could go with. A popular one I've heard of is Yoder Custom Construction.

Depends what is your budget. John Canon is great but expensive.

@@Peter-ok9bj I actually contacted Yoders a year about building a 1700 sq ft home and they said it would be around 650,000-700,000. 😳🤪
