It makes me really sad that no one remembers Batman from the show "The Batman". It was aired after Batman: TAS and before Brave and the Bold and the same time as JLA Unlimited. So he doesn't get alot of love even with 5 seasons and 2 rockin' theme songs and an awesome movie.

Actually Frank Miller's Batman stories are all in the same continuity. So that means Batman started in Year One, then went fucking insane in All Star, for some reason he went back to fairly sane and angry, then batshit insane in Strikes Again and Master Race.

49:27 That isn't from 'The Black Mirror' that is from Grant Morrison's 'Batman & Robin' run. Dick had even been Batman before, after Bruce beat Azrael he had Dick take over while he sorted out his life before becoming Batman again. 1:03:02 The reverse Batman is also Wrath who was another kid who had small time criminal parents killed by cops (a young Jim Gordon in this case) then grew up hating the law.

I kinda hope that instead of getting a brief cameo in infinity war, we get to see the heroes still gone at the end of infinity war and have the different shows have to deal with Thano's counter attack. If we got a year of stuff where the defenders were defending new York while the agents of shield were going around the world doing strikes against the invading army, that would be pretty sweet.also later you mentioned the Azreal Batman. I think a realistic version of that story would be an amazing follow up to the dark knight trilogy. Watching the cop from Dark Knight after being forced into the batman role drove him insane would be cool. And it would give an excuse for the real Batman to come back from retirement

48:42 I remember reading Dark Knight Strikes Again for the first time, I had no idea what was going on in the story. I was so confused, probably didn't help that I was a kid at the time either. I could follow Dark Knight Returns at least, but Strikes Again was plain confusing. Miller literally drove all the characters in that story into a ditch. The artwork didn't help either.

*SPOILERS* FOR BATMAN BEYOND! i think that in the episode that bruce wayne is exposed to lazerouse he should have stayed young and become batman again for a few episodes and completely school terry in every way. And after like 3 episodes the effects were off one last time. In the old costume aswell not the batman beyond one because terry would 'help' in any way he can. I like terry but i think more could have been done with a younger bruce batman in the future kicking ass

They did change Terry's origin. He's no longer Bruce's clone. The change was done by Dan Jurgens. He's one of my favourite Batmen.

Tim was worse. Damian sold his soul to save Damian and Tim blows up Gotham station trying to kill Damian [he fails] then Tim comes back to kill batwoman and 10 year old Jon Kent. This Batman Tim ends up shooting current Bruce with the guns that killed his folks and kicked current Superman's arse.

How to put the Netflix characters in Infinity War: if the Avengers are out in space or whatever, we have maybe a quick cut to street superheroes like the Defenders, Punisher, and maybe even Spider-man and like Ghost Rider are dealing with the villains while they are away...

Every Robin has one future where they are bad or anti heroes or fascists. Dick in Rebirth where he outlawed meta's. Tim becomes a fascist who kills, Damian sold his soul for Gotham the immortally was a side effect but he was a batman who kills, Jason I haven't come across a future but in Battle for the cowl jason is Batman who kill and he nearly kills Batman Tim but Tim gets saved by Damian. In Canon Future Bruce tells Terry that Damian is the best he has ever seen, even better than Bruce was in his Prime.

What if they did a film version of Batman Beyond? I'd choose Clint Eastwood for Old Bruce Wayne, since his face and voice are just like that. But who plays Terry at age 18-25? I guess Scott Eastwood is an obvious choice, but way too boring as an actor. I'd like to know other people's ideas ...
