1. Deodorant
No need to head to the drug store to buy the same overpriced speed stick. Unlike store-bought brands, baking soda serves as a natural way to get rid of that funky odor under your arms. You’ll be happy to know that this trick doesn’t involve some massive concoction that takes hours to put together. It’s actually quite simple.
2. Fix Rough Skin
Just soak your feet in warm water. If you don’t have a foot bath, go into the bathroom and use the tub. Soak your feet for a period between 15 to 20 minutes. Once this step is complete and you’re ready to move on, take some baking soda and mix it with water once again. Rub that water on the soles of your feet.

Agree with others on the heartburn. Actually ulcer pain to be exact. Works even better when you follow a strict regimen of aloe vera juice also. Going back 20 years when I first was diagnosed with stomach ulcers. I'd drink the aloe vera juice in the morning on an empty stomach. Eat a small non-acidic breakfast. Mix some baking soda with water and drink it down. It's terrible tasting. But works. Even better than Rx meds

I had a very extreme dry scalp and crusty dry patches on the side of my nose, in my beard and eye brows, great big crusty flakes would drop off, very embarrassing especially wearing black. I have used baking soda(sodium bicarbonate) on my head and face in the shower leaving it on whilst I wash my body, and although I have to use it every day, my problem is now history. Highly recommended!

May I suggest coconut oil and/or aloe vera to follow the baking soda treatment. They are moisture rich, healing and gentle. You may also benefit from a distilled vinegar rinse. 1:8 vinegar to water will balance pH of skin and hair. Leave it on a few minutes, careful to avoid eyes. It deep cleans as well as softens. I have waist length hair, after the vinegar rinse, I need only a tiny bit of shampoo and no conditioner.

@@ebychuks9797 you're welcome! I apply the vinegar/water to my hair and skin in the bath or shower, rinse after 10 minutes or so then wash/condition. The vinegar cleans deeply, so you won't need much shampoo, if any. (Vinegar kills germs, cuts grease and is a natural fabric softener, too. I use a cup or two in the washer) Aloe can be used directly to skin and, scalp and hair, no rinse necessary, it absorbs. Aloe makes a good hair setting gel, too. If you cut the aloe directly from the plant, set it in a cup or on a paper towel, cut side down, for about 15 mins to release the yellow...umm can't remember the name of the yellow part ATM lol. The yellow stuff will stain. I use coconut oil on the ends and length of my hair. I avoid the roots only because I have oily skin/scalp. I do use it on my scalp occasionally because it seems to "feed" the skin oil it needs and reduce the oil produced. Start with a little bit so you don't end up with greasy hair. If you have dry scalp, I suggest applying the oil to the scalp too. Cover with a shower cap or plastic and leave on as long as you like, then wash. (Even overnight) Same on skin, if you apply too much to skin you can gently wipe the excess. Coconut oil will remove makeup, too. FYI, coconut oil will melt instantly when you touch it. Hoping it doesn't run out between your fingers 😁 I think I answered your questions. Feel free to ask for clarification or anything 🤗😊💕

If you pop a little open container of this baking soda at the back of your fridge it will eat away at any odours , onion smells anything constantly by just sitting in the back of your fridge . I did it recently and the onion smell was gone within hours 😊💜

@@ebychuks9797 Yes it can. But that just means it's working. Follow up with a bucket of hot hot water. Being careful not to dump it down too fast. You don't want it to splash you especially in your face. Also works well with a clogged toilet. I just use baking soda and then slowly adding white vinegar. Then some buckets of hot hot water again. I no longer use chemicals in my sinks or toilets. Good luck!

I grew up using baking soda and salt mixed equal parts brushing my teeth with this and did not see a dentist until I was 17 years old! They thought I had my teeth cleaned before! It keep the tarter from building up on my teeth and I rinsed my mouth with peroxide then water!!

I use baking soda with my body wash. I just put body wash on my Puff and add baking soda wet with a bit of water lather up and rinse. You'll be amazed at how much softer and brighter your skin is

How I use Baking Soda: Cooking, Soak burnt pots and pan, Deodorant (Coconut Oil and Baking Soda), Teeth to remove stains, Coffee (1/8-1/4 t per pot), Stinky Shoes, Remove odors from hands, Washer to brighten white clothes, Unclog drains (Baking Soda and Vinegar) and to Deodorize the Freezer and Refrigerator. etc...

And removes the sticky goo from toaster oven trays and cookie sheets. Make a paste of baking soda and peroxide and use an abrasive pad but not one that will actually cause scratches. Requires some elbow grease but the result is worth it

I use it to clean my cast iron skillets. Add a 1/4 water mixture to frying pan. Set to boil. Use wooden spoon to scrap bottom to remove gunk. It is safe on the pan and drain as excess oils are removed with hot water faucet rinse. Once you clean add a dime size of olive oil and cover the cast iron all over using paper towel. Now your seasoned again and clean to cook again. My moms favorite trick.😘😁

Don’t use backing soda on your teeth like toothpaste it will wear away the natural enamel on your teeth rather use it as a mouthwash and over time it will work far more gently on your teeth.

I love using Backing soda. I use it when I make my pasta sauce, you only put in less than a 1/4 of a teaspoon, it takes out the acidity of the tomatos. Don't put in more than that basically the tip of a teaspoons. 🌹

@ Rosita Mendes Try a tablespoon or two of honey depending on the amount of sauce. Takes out the acidity and enhances the sweetness of the tomatoes without tasting the honey. Try it. I think you'll like it 👍

I also use baking soda to clean jewelry. Works best on silver. Also shines hold. I use baking soda for a lot you've already mentioned. It's great to keep on hand always.

I have become allergic to most deodorants and I used baking soda as the other option. Before I found a deodorant I could use. it worked wonderfully but prolonged use caused burns and I developed burn rashes, so it has to be mixed with something like baby powder to dilute it.

For deodorant, try the crystal salt found in health food stores like Sprouts. You can use it all over not just under arms. 😊

I use it as you have demonstrated in some cases Will try the remaining tips I havent used. Its excellent. It can lighten dark spots on skin on legs ,arms.....when combined with equal part of lemon juice.leave on overnight unless irritating in which case .....rinse .When using on face....leave 30 minutes....rinse. .Apply daily unti you re satisfied for..very sensitive skin.....apply 3x a week.xx

I read that half a teaspoon in a cup of water will help flush toxins from your kitty's digestive system. I give my Tom some after he's thrown up cat food that upset his stomach. I'm always afraid he could eat poison the times he's escaped outside. Our neighborhood is notoriously cat-unfriendly. I was so glad when I found the baking soda antidote to deal with minor toxicity issues.
