The plaintiff says she and the defendant were best friends for 23 years - until her friend had her falsely arrested for assault and battery. She’s suing her former friend for moving expenses, furniture, and emotional distress. The defendant claims the plaintiff is a drug-addicted, shoplifting prostitute who stole the defendant’s cat. She’s countersuing for emotional distress.

The defendant put out all her "friend's'" business out there. Funny, that prostitution money wasn't an issue when it helped the defendant move to a different state, get furniture and secure an appartment. Now that you need to pay back the loan, you are trowing your friend under the bus 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

The plaintiff is crazy. I would never forgive someone who aired all my dirty laundry on national TV. Aside from being hostile, and hateful behavior the defendant is obviously her sworn enemy. The defendant is also a moocher and a user of the 1st water. She may end up doing something much worse to the plaintiff if given half the chance. The plaintiff is putting her life in danger.

The defendant is why I don't even deal with the couple friends I have. "He who is amongst us that is without sin cast the first stone" (I paraphrase) Her money was good enough to take care of her with. Also a lesson, never indulge in bad behavior or crime with someone who isn't indulging with you. This is what can happen. Blackmail or them being a snitch. Defendant has a way worse character than the plaintiff. At least she used her money to help people.🙄

And legally if you’re on the lease yes that gives you EVERY legal right to go onto the property your name is on and get your items. Period. Mathis knows he’s wrong on that. Let me say this right off - that Defendant looks & sounds crazy! Another point that I just learned from the Great Master JM (lol), even if your name is on a lease, you do not have the right to enter the place when you want? Huh? Why then would anybody agree to put their name on a lease that they cannot enter when they want? Makes no sense if it’s true!

The judge is WRONG, when you are on the lease you have every right to come and go as you please. And is the judge so naive that he can't imagine that a woman would prostitue herself while her child is in the next room, it happens all the time. Just because the plaintiff is dressed for court does NOT mean she isn't a prostitute, even the police report said she was arrested for prostitution, just because it was dropped doesn't mean she wasn't a prostitute...
