The NordicTrack Commercial 1750 is our top treadmill for 2024. The 1750 is great for walkers and runners alike with smart training features from iFIT and a cushioned running deck that will make even the most reluctant of runners more comfortable during their training.
Our runner-up best treadmill is the Sole F80. This running treadmill has a ten-inch touchscreen with apps from Netflix, Prime, Spotify, Audible, and Kinomap. The Sole F80 is one of the best running treadmills that does not require a subscription to access built-in content.
The ProForm Pro 9000 is one of the best value iFIT treadmills, because it has a 22-inch touchscreen display that provides immersive training. The deck is cushioned and can incline from -3% to 12%. The Pro 9000 is a walking and running treadmill with smart features.
The NordicTrack X22i is one of the only treadmills we have awarded 5 stars. It deserves this rating because of its -6% to 40% incline training. It is perfect for hikers or trail runners who find themselves too often away from the trails. It also has one of the best cushioned treadmill decks.
The Horizon T101 is a budget-friendly walking treadmill. The T101 does not require a subscription and is perfect for the user who wants to get on the treadmill and go as soon as the motivation strikes. The T101 is a value treadmill that is covered by a lifetime warranty on the frame and motor.
These treadmills and the others on this list represent the best available for residential treadmill shoppers in 2024. Our best treadmills list includes treadmills at a variety of price points with and without subscription training content. Walkers, runners, hikers, and trail runners should all find something suitable for their training style on this list.

Great video! Shopping for a home treadmill can be stressful when you don’t know much about them so this helps. I like what you said at the end about how you like the option of a subscription but don’t want to rely on it, that’s exactly what I’m looking for…can you tell me what you recommend that has the horsepower for multiple users and the option of a subscription but also offers other content options??

@@karenveltri6580 I really like the Sole F85 and the Sole F89. They are powerful, and you can cast any content you want to the built-in screen. Another option is the Horizon 7.8 AT. It works really well with Peloton's content, but you have to watch the classes on your own tablet. Any of these options would be great for multiple users!

So I ended up with the NordicTrack Commercial 2450 because Dicks Sporting Goods had it on clearance for $398, yes $398!!!! I couldn’t pass that up, it’s last years model and I don’t care! I didnt want a treadmill that was subscription dependent but for that price I will put an iPad over that screen and use my own workouts!! Thanks again for all these reviews they were super helpful and I ended up with the greatest bargain!

My NordicTrack 1750 is 2 years old and - the deck has cracked twice, the motor belt has snapped, and the front roller cracked. Each requiring warranty parts orders taking weeks and months away from my training. I've been able to use the treadmill 18 of the 24 months I have had it. Male - 185 pounds, running 5x per week at 7mph. BEWARE!

@T-jh7ox 22 күн бұрын
@@xclsvsmke7123 I ended up buying a Spirit, no issues for the first 4 months and I completed the half marathon I was training for. I spent more to get a better warranty, thicker (1 inch) deck and better quality motor. I do recommend NOT getting a treadmill that folds - that results in a less sturdy deck support at the front of your treadmill. Also, make sure to apply belt lubricant every 3-4 months to keep deck temperature down.

Thanks for informative video, how would these treadmills compare to the commercial gym treadmills like a Life Fitness 95TI or Precor 954?
@BestTreadmillReviews
@BestTreadmillReviews 5 ай бұрын
Commercial treadmills typically have AC motors and are designed to handle much higher levels of daily use. Some may have different electrical requirements, so you will want to check that. Commercial treadmills are a great option if it is within your budget and you are going to put a lot of miles on your treadmill daily.

Great video! Sorry for the extra long write, which this will be, but it's coming from someone who never looked into treadmills before and my take on them from what I'm seeing so far in my research. I never thought I'd be looking for a treadmill, but now I live in an area that you can't go half a mile without having to jog in place while you wait for the crosswalk light (unless I run back and forth, up and down my street,,, yawn). I am very surprised though at how non tech treadmills are in today's day and age. Being a tech geek of sorts, I would expect options for upgrade ability, such as changing out monitors, speakers, etc. Again, being an outside person that now lives in a very non friendly runner environment, I would love the scenic videos on a large ultra wide 4k minimum screen. Maybe with an option for fans that increase as you run up a virtual mountain, like in Rocky V, hahaha. Okay, that might be pushing it, but if this was the path I went down in life in designing them it wouldn't be. Also, none of these seem to have video out options for running to a TV, then the customization would be simple. For the price of treadmills, which has been a major shock to me for what you get, it just seems like some effort should go into upgrades, modules, something, anything, and yet, none seem to have any. I built my 16k dollar computer which is also a simulator which I soon plan to add hydraulics, so if you're watching Nordi, or Peloton, I'm available for a percent of your profits if you want to truly revolutionize this market for the better! Smiley face.

Very, very cool! It does seem to lack a few things, well, from what I can see on their site. No heart monitoring from what I see so far, but the features it does mention, like the use of a TV and the responsive surface sound great! Thank you so much! Much more research to do on it, but very interesting.

Its for a gift for xmas ...the person will definitely use it at least a few times a week probably a combo if running and walking, so i want to get one that won't break on her. Ive read alot of reviews on different models and companies saying that there foldables broke within the first year....money isn't a big concern i could probably swing 2000 to 2500 because its a joint gift a few ppl are going in on for someone .. thanks:)

Which is better running on road or on a treadmill I have one but it is like maybe the cheapest type??
@BestTreadmillReviews
@BestTreadmillReviews 8 ай бұрын
Running on a treadmill is great for recovery and increasing your mileage, and it provides a softer landing than the road. A good soft treadmill would be the NordicTrack 1750. Road running is a great way to prepare for a race or become a stronger runner. The Sole F80 and F63 are great treadmills if you want a firm treadmill that feels like road running.
@SoCalVipers
@SoCalVipers 8 ай бұрын
If it's too hot or too cold, or raining, or too dark outside, the Road is not so great. A treadmill is always there for you! But, It's amazing to get out and see the world while you are running. Also, you can push yourself by running away from home knowing that you still need to return. At my age, I feel like a treadmill is safer - the surface is soft and consistent and I'm less likely to turn an ankle or trip and fall. Some days, when I don't feel like pushing myself, it's great to put on a 45 minute TV show on my ipad as I run/jog.

I am considering a Sole F63 but I am a little concerned if it is capable enough for faster running. I read a different review that stating this is generally better for more easier to moderate running. I am wondering if it will handle running at a pace of 6.00 - 6.20 per mile for longer interval periods? Thanks @@BestTreadmillReviews
@BestTreadmillReviews
@BestTreadmillReviews 7 ай бұрын
@@thru_and_thru Great question! It's hard to say as so many factors go into what a treadmill can handle. In general, I would say you could do this sort of workout maybe a couple times per week on the F63. If you are training on it every single day, I would consider the F80 or a similar treadmill.
