there is no reason to necesarely spam it, you do it because it has the highest damage value out of all swipes

you can refresh it is cheap enough go for once every difficulty and a second time the third but only if you also need the shards no guarantee you drop gears

for like 4 hours a bundle with 1 artifact from every solo raid for IOS was by mistake in the store priced at 1$
