Why doesn't the wife meal prep for her husband? It's one thing to yell at someone and another to do for someone. She can also workout with him to get a pattern formed. Going for a walk together is more proactive than crying.

My husband hates working out or doing anything after work. I'm naturally fit and thin, but I suggested to him that we work out together, and make it fun. Now we work out a few days a week and we eat healthy (mostly organic foods). She should work out with her husband, and set up a weekly schedule for when and how long they work out. She also needs to make sure there is no unhealthy food in the house. This couple needs to make getting healthy a team effort.

As a wife & Mother who loves her husband & children dearly, I totally understand where she's coming from. I hope that this helps to motivate him to do bttr with this health concerns. Some time couples have to work together to make it happen. Team work. If that young lady didn't care or love him, she wouldn't have addressed it but u could c thru her tears that she really cares.

They never once asked him why he isn't prioritizing caring for himself, is he depressed, is he unhappy about something in his life, is he using good to cope with stress or worry? Like many times they only have eyes for what he is doing but no one ask or look at why he is doing it all? Often just like anyone behavior there are deeper issues or reasons why people do what they do. In this case i get the impression that he is more afraid of the result or so. Some people just hate drs! Trump eats awful, many American eat awful. I know an older man who has only been to a dr once, as a kid because he broke his leg. He’s now in his 90’s & has never even had ANY surgery! He’s recently been told to go get some tests, he’s done some, but is now st the point of...no more, couldn’t find anything in what I did test wise, not doing anymore. This could b his “ending” but it’s his choice
