There's more than one way to let yourself go. Make regular exercise ( something you love doing ) a life commitment, eat sensibly, take care of your health ( mentally and physically ) and remember to wear perfume everyday. ! The other way to avoid letting yourself go is to discover the activities that make you happy, Also- keep up with being intelligent and kind. Another big one : remember to smile and laugh allot !

I think the number one relationship killer is leaving bear traps around the house. I did that once and my husband left me! Well, actually, he couldn't leave me because his foot was caught in a bear trap, but he tried to leave!

I won't say cheating is the number 1 mistake cause ppl cheat and that person makes u happy overall in other ways. just that they cheat but sometimes ur man don't cheat but u are not happy it's because u are not compatible in other ways or lack of communication. so ppl say cheating is number one but to me it ain't. cause u can be faithful and relationship don't last

Wow. I can't believe how many superficial people there are in this world! If you truly love someone, you love who they are, not what they look like. I would not cheat on someone whose looks went downhill. If i love you, i love you no matter what! i have been with and fallen in love with guys i wasn't attracted to and i am considered very attractive myself. Looks really aren't everything! I do think that some people let themselves go and then their partner cheats and they are left wondering why did their partner cheat

Wait, RELLY!? How shallow! If you have been seeing someone for a long time then you should start to get acquainted with your partner when they don't look so good. I think it's sexy when a man calls me beautiful first thing in the morning with bed-head, no makeup on, and nothing but a baggy t-shirt on! To me the biggest mistake people make in relationships is miscommunication/lying. If you can't be honest with your partner that's a one-way ticket to broken-heartsville.

I don't think it's letting go at all, we all get older and we are not all health freaks and nuts that goes to the gym, we are normal people with normal life we gain weight and we loose weight due to different circumstances eg. illness, age, having children etc etc. i takes a few things to cheat. It's probably more about trust, insecurities and so on, do you have kids are you tired, hectic job etc. unless you are a very shallow peron it takes a lot to cheat it also depends on what kind of person you are and probably how you grew up, how your parents relationship was/is. For instance my parents are still together and they have been married for 63 years and they still walk hand in hand and they still kiss and adore each other. Maybe and it is a maybe if you have parents that aren't together anymore and they had issues and had a divorce it might happen that you end up cheating more and so on but maybe your parent didn't show you how a loving a caring a proper relationship can be. Or maybe you haven't meet the proper woman/man.
