I put the parents in a small pond and left them together for a month and they had three separate batches now I have well over a hundred babies and the parents were fine being left together that whole time

No need for starter. It will come from decaying plant materials like lettuce or any green leafy vegetables. And from live aquatic plant.

Put banana peeling in an old water then put it in direct sunlight wait for it to decay then you can see the cloudy water in the midle of water those are infusoria

Hello sir! I have no onhand live foods for my upcoming fry. But eggyolk can sustain them for the 1st week right? How many drops should I put them with eggyolk mixed on water daily for 1 week?

You can also use hikari first bite. Just give little amount. With eggyolk make sure to give one drop only and siphon uneaten eggyolk in the afternoon.

Infusoria lives in planted tank. If your tank has live plants Infusoria is there available for baby betta. Alternatives are baby brine shrimp and daphnia. Or you can give them eggyolk.

I have a question that I can’t seem to find an answer to. I have these little white dots that are no bigger than the little dot on top of this i . They can only be seen with a light because they are so tiny and I can see them swimming around my tank. Everyone says it’s infusoria, seed shrimps, daphnia, but I don’t have anything in my tank other than a betta fish and half of an Indian almond leaf (bare bottom no live plants no filter) I do water changes every other day please help

Infusion. Coming from Indian almond leaf. All decomposing leaf like Indian almond leaf will have infusion. Naturally occurring in nature. That's good, fry will eat them.

Infusoria will always be present. They can be found in all Aquarium tank that has liveplants. So if you're going to breed betta make sure to place liveplants.

Before breeding feed the male well. Give livefood. Male betta will not eat the fry, but if you feed them the father betta might eat the fry. Water lettuce. Hiding spot for fry, also it will produce Infusoria food for fry.
