also former choir kid, I always say that anyone can learn to sing if they really try!! we always had kids join just for the credit who would start the semester pretty flat/have smaller ranges, and by the time of the concert they improved so much :D it always made me so happy

As both of those myself as well, I also agree. His last karaoke really started to show he's improving his range a bit, and here he even sings in a different language which is also pretty impressive

I have not watched either Bettel or Hakka so i don't know who is who by the voice but this cover hits different because the lower part is a supporting high harmony in the original so it being here, octaves lower, it really gives a different unique feel to the song. Great job guys.

Can i be real with you for a second? Gringos Bingo's pale-as-driven-snow singing of the JP lyrics has that EXACT amateur quality that this song DESERVES, no, that this SERIES DESERVES, not even mentioning Hakka's perfect vocal range for this. i keep coming back to this BANGER their voices complement each other so well, sasuga bettel for pushing thru the nerves and doubts and sasuga hakka for helping him with the process 🩷💜 i know he's already looking on this and criticizing himself but genuinely it turned out phenomenally. and don't worry bettel: the mixing and hakka's help are a huge part of the success, but it would not sound nearly this amazing if you didn't also put in the work and give them some great vocals to work with. 10000/10 for everyone involved, will be playing on loop on my way to work every day hehe

I keep listening and the combination of Bettel's lows and Hakka's highs is heavenly. You can hear both of them and they don't overpower each other. They contrast and compliment so well Bettel, watching you improve since your first karaoke has been wonderful and inspiring. Hope you keep going and most importantly have fun at it too!! You have a melodic voice, its hard to not pay attention to it your bits show your range as VA too. (Sorry if it is overly sweet, but it the true) Anyway. Keep the good work you silly jester!
