Better than pizza! Pour 5 Eggs On a Tortilla and You'll Be Surprised by the Results
Ingredients:
2 Tortillas
5 eggs
Salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper
Parsley
1 Tomat
100g Mozzarella cheese
Spinach
Olive oil
1tbsp Unsalted butter
Recipe:
5 eggs
Crack the eggs into a bowl
Medium heat
Olive oil
1tbsp unsalted butter
1 tortilla (23cm)
Pour the eggs onto the tortilla
Keep the yolks separated
Salt
Black pepper
Crushed red pepper (optional)
Fresh parsley growing in my garden!
10g parsley
Finely chop the parsley
Sprinkle the parsley on the eggs
100g mozzarella cheese
Shred the mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle the cheese on top of the egg
1 tortilla (23cm)
Fry for 5 minutes
Flip it on the other side
1 tomato
Slice the tomato
Place the tomato slices on the tortilla
Salt
Spinach
Mozzarella cheese
Fry for another 5 minutes
Parsley
Done!

Aber, aber! 😮 Petersilie zieht man doch nicht mit der Wurzel heraus! Man schneidet sie mit einer Schere ab oder bricht die einzelnen Stängel. So kann sie nachwachsen.

I am not sure how you make it, because I tried, the tortilla made bobbles, and eggs remained raw. If I kept it longer on the stove, it became dry, way too dry. Pls share your secret . Thank you.

I would probably fry the eggs separately first then put them in between the tortillas I was wondering if they would cook thoroughly like that
