What are you using to bake your bread on?

It is a perforated baguette pan. I bought it from Amazon, but you don’t need a pan like that. You can use a regular sheet pan. You can bake the bread straight on it. If you want you can also fold tin foil or parchment paper to create beds for the dough but it is not necessary.
