When Stephanie mentioned she sometimes looks at seasonal friends with such excitement, like yay this is “my lifelong friend”, I completely felt that. I sometimes look at the strong connections I had with certain friends and tend to believe too much that this “is my lifelong friend”; it definitely blurred how I understood God’s intention in my life because I hung on to ppl who weren’t true friends. I am learning to accept people for who they are, so when I do encounter friends God has only placed for a reason/season, I’m not holding onto them so tightly. Conversely, when those lifelong friends are placed in my life I can see them clearly. Thank you ladies!

Yes I hear you. I've done this all my life...NOT knowing any better! I keep thanking God that you and I both will be able to see the connection the way God SEES IT. The disappointments have been too great... not having a sister, close fam or hubby. 😇 Yet I keep thanking God... these people will come into my life and yours~ RIGHT NOW in the name of Jesus Amen

I thought about when Sheila mentioned at the end that people can drain you for days and you think your doing the right thing by standing by their side. But in all actuality it’s hindering you and you know it! But you think it means your being a good Christian. Sometimes I get burnt out and I thought I was just doing what I’m supposed to 😢

Yeah I thought I had a long life friendship but I guess it’s a lesson for me to do things differently in future friendships. Hurts so much but I’m healing with Jesus❤😢

Please pray for me. I'm such a wonderful Christian professional person. Yet with not being married... finding female genuine connections has been "interesting" for many years. They are all too busy either with their husband, family or other married women. Thank you for SOMEONE praying over me. I always wanted a sister... then she passed away when she was toddler. I'm a positive- filled person wanting to make lasting healthy connections

People need this information. Healthy relationships are not what a lot of people are trying to do! You have to tell the truth, you have to communicate to be understood, you have to be good friends.
