I love her! I love this performance...saw this in real time the night it aired. I was 13. A freshman in HS and in the jazz band at my school. This at the time as well as this show was a master class in musicianship and how conversation happens musically in the spaces between the spaces. Although I played trumpet I had a mad crush on Branford.😂 Rest in Peace Ms. Betty Carter ASE ASE ASE.

And i find some of the things people say so FLAMING disrespectful or race prejudice about things they will never understand, But HAY 6 minutes is all some people will every get in life to chat Shyt and get some notice taken of them.
