My husband calls them Keyboard Commandos. They are a lower form of life.

All of my 82 years I have been less than 5 ft. I beared all the short jokes but I walk with my shoulders tall and proud as if I were 6 ft. tall. God loves all my 4" 10'.

You mentioned reading your Bible, so I feel comfortable in saying this: God loves you, He created you for a purpose and He does all things well. You are perfect in His eyes. We love you, too. In 1967 I met a lady who had dwarfism, and she described herself as a midget till the day she died in 2004. She did have the typical bone deformities, but she didn’t let it hold her back. And thank God she was not defined by it any more than she had to be.

I am 4”11 and my granddaughter asked me if I was a little person. I told her that I am not I am just very short and she then decided that I am a mini person.

I'm 70 and when i was growing up our neighbors were little people but called themselves midgets back in those days. I did all their shopping for them and mowed their grass etc etc because back then they got made fun of and even harassed in public yet they were kindest 2 people i ever met as a child.I absolutely hate labels

I live in Australia and I waited for a while after Miss Edith lost her beloved husband, to write to you to thank you for the support and love you gave this amazing lady. I am still crying after listening to your video. I have watched you so often and the only thought I ever had about you was how tiny and petite you are and that I was a bit concerned lately that you may have lost too much weight. Everyone knows that the best things in life come in small packages! People can be so cruel. I remember when someone wrote to Miss Edith to tell her she had "ugly hands". Can you believe that. Such people like yourself and MIss Edith are just beautiful souls. The only thing I wonder about your size is how you manage to contain a heart so big!! You have a loving (and very funny at times) husband and I cannot remember how many children you have but I know it is quite a few. I too suffered the same fate as your poor mother with her first child. Mine was my fourth. The Lord gave me five healthy daughters, but took my only son. One day I will get to hold him and you and your parents will be reunited with your brother and sister. Miss Betty, I know it is easy to say, but please, please do not let the ignorance and cruelty of one person upset you. Not even for one moment. They are NOT worth the trouble it took to make them, as a friend of mine used to say. You can be lifted up and carried by your husband in his arms. I would have given anything to have that, but being clinically obese, and a widow, that just will never happen. Yes, there may be things that you could have done had the Lord granted you a few more inches, but I know that there are things that you can do that an overweight aging women like me never has and never will be able to. You thank the Lord for every precious inch he gave you, because every inch of you is worth 100 times what the "expert" who tried to educate you is worth. This is written to you with love and the hope that I may "educate" you a little on the immense positive impact you have on so many people. Hi. You popped up on my page and I thought I’d watch. Now I’m subbed. I’m a small person and I know now that it was likely that I had a growth hormone issue as a kid because I passed it on to one of my children. Back in the 70’s, I suppose doctors didn’t know that much. I was able to get my girl on growth hormones to give her a chance to avoid some of the health problems that come with dwarfism, and we got her to 4’10”. Now she stands next to me and we’re the same height. I was an only child too, like you. I’m sorry someone thought it was their place to correct you on something you know all about. People can be cruel.

Betty, I can relate to what you’re saying. I have a small channel and most comments are very sweet and encouraging but there have been a few that have been hurtful or very critical and it’s hard to make peace with that. No one has been nearly as hurtful to me as what this person said to you but it is devastating because we put the best of ourselves out there. This is hard work and it is meaningful to us. It’s so good that you’re getting it off your chest. I think reporting and/or blocking that person is in line with KZfaq’s policy for everyone to feel safe here. It’s also in line with God’s Word telling us to “shake the dust from our sandals” when someone doesn’t accept what we have to offer. They don’t deserve your creativity and joy (although they need it the most). I know your subscribers love you and will be protective of you. I'm so sorry that happened to you. People can be so heartless. I stopped posting on my blog once because I had posted about a parasite infestation I had, trying to educate people, and some really mean people decided to troll me, share the pictures and make fun of me. Then they trolled me for years, no matter where I went or what name I used. I finally just closed all my blogs, closed all my social media accounts and stopped posting at all. I just found your channel, and I love crafts, so I'm subscribing and will watch some old videos until you come back. I'm looking forward to getting to know you.
