just got released from an involuntary admission to a mental hospitatal for suicidal ideation----8 days in a prison hospital feels like 2 years. A lot of the women had wrist braces, staples on their wrists, a guy had his stomach pumped bc he drank bleach---- let me tell you- you do not want to get to that bad of a place.

i’ve been sober for 7 months and a few days, until last week i broke it. i started smoking again, i’m high right now as i type and i really hate the fact that i smoked again, i really wanted to get to one year but idk something about getting high and being in that state of mind where i can space of while listening to music and not care about anything just made me go back, i feel like i let everyone in my life down including myself idk man i don’t feel like i really have a grip of myself anymore. currently i’ve been losing a lot of friends lately and becoming anti social and lonely (due to multiple bad trips i had smoking which made me really anxious and i got dpdr which kind of ruined my life for a few months) but i feel so lonely now i just wanna be happy innocent me again 🥺😔

I did acid and music was so beautiful. The music sounded like it was breathing. When it wore off, it was such a sad feeling of loss, like I’d never hear music the same again. I tried to chase it but the second time I did acid, it was nothing like the first and I decided to give up. It’s been 2 year and this song made me feel that again. This song sounds like air.
