First time I saw these guys was in 2002 when Silent Circus came out saw them again in 2005 after Alaska. Haven’t seen them since but they’re still killing it!

My first introduction to the prog-metal sound was Alaska from BTBAM and I've been listening ever since! As a FOH guy, I would be pissed and so scared that during one of their more famous song/sets the sound completely cuts out for the entire band. Absolute legends here even with the grey hair and knee braces! 🤘🤘🤘

Those low growls are really challenging to do, especially night after night on tour. I've seen Tommy use a higher scream in place of them on a few different occasions. I think with BTBAM's dedication to damn near note for note perfection in live performances, he probably wouldn't want to do anything in the studio that he can't consistently do live these days.

My favorite metal band, seeing them live is the best thing! SO FUCKNG HEAVY, makes me wanna headbang more than any of the other heaviest bands Ive seen, meshuggah, gojira, cannibal corpse, Nile, BTBAM are the heaviest! for some reason, I think it's the way they have the tension and release with the clean and heavy parts and the way the heavy parts just keep on going and going ever evolving into more insane territory!!

iPhones have great audio and video quality if you know how and when to shoot, even just by point and shooting. Disadvantage for me is that their audio has less bass.
