Sure, transformational leaders like Martin Luther King Jr. or Bill Gates. And transactional leaders like Norman Schwarzkopf, Vince Lombardi, and Howard Schultz.

We think Elon Musk's leadership style is transformational leadership. He focuses on creating real positive change in the world. Instead of sitting around philosophizing about how to change the world, Elon Musk and company develop and implement a strategy that makes their vision a reality.

I think Transactional leadership and transformational leadership depends on age of leadership. Mostly young leadership prefer transactional leadership.
