In the example of the choosing universities, would also be correct to say: "So now she has to choose between three of them".. ?Or it would not be correct to use "between" in that sentence unless I name those three (universities)? I have a question. Let's say 8 candy bars are to be distributed equally between the boy and the girls, namely A, B, C, and D? Does A, B, C, and D each get two candy bars or does the boy get 4 and the girls get the rest? Does the answer change if between is changed to among?
