I was so surprised to see the movie poster so to speak on Netflix’s instagram, and then watching the trailer yesterday, I am so hype for this movie! So glad they brought the original gang back together! They made the second one for me!

Trailer slick AF, and the cast is nicely stacked around Eddie of OG’s and solid new faces like JGL and Kevin Bacon. How hard they went for the R, remains to be seen.

Jerry Bruckheimer and the late Don Simpson. Without these legendary producers, there is no Beverly Hills Cop, Top Gun or Bad Boys. The fact that sequels of all 3 franchises have come out in the 2020s against all odds is amazing. Much like Bad Boys for Life and Top Gun:Maverick, the hype for BHC 4 is as strong as needed. The director is Mike Molloy, up and coming filmmaker from Australia. It feels so good to see the supporting cast of characters we know from the first films. This was the Eddie Murphy sequel that I've been wailing for. Getting back to basics and a little something new.

I am loving the new space! I LOVE the Beverly Hills Cop movies (even 3). My favorite is 2. I literally got teary-eyed when I saw the gang back together (Taggart, Rosewood, Serge, and Jeffery). I can't wait.

I was loving this all the way to the end and then I saw Taggert and Rosewood were back. I knew this was going to be pure enjoyment. I hope this does so well we get another trilogy out of this. I'm going to rewatch the other movies also because it's one of the few franchises I never had any issues with and that speaks to how good this franchise is. I really hope you guys do reactions when you rewatch Beverly Hills Cop 1, 2 and 3. I want to get me some popcorn for that. Enjoyed the reaction 👍👍✌out.

The 3rd one was just a Mall Cop slapstick kids' comedy with everyone making jokes. The first 2 were serious crime stuff with the right amount of Eddie Murphy comedy. We will see how this delivers.

This show is taking a markedly different style and tone than his previous work, “Final Space”, it’s much more of an emotionally grounded apocalyptic scifi series. My thoughts on anything to do with Eddie especially with BHC is I’m here for it, people dogged C2A but I loved it growing up a kid in the 90s Eddie Murphy was tops I’m so happy to have him back doing the stuff that made him him ! Next I’m hoping for is back to stand up 🙏🏼🤞🏼

Naw, no minority (Well, not much), Beverly Hills Cop III is the best in the series for me. That being said, this one looks better than it has any right being after all this time.

The 1st two are legendary entertaining....3rd one felt more of a comedy. All because of John Landis, so that made sense. I really hope the 4th installment does better than the 3rd one
