No mention of Mulholland Estates? 😬. Technically Sherman Oaks, but their zip codes are 90210. They attract BIG celebrities as well. Equal access to the valley and the rest of LA.

I honestly don't see the appeal of Hollywood Hills. It's like the houses are on the verge of collapsing but if the thing is nightlife or things happening - I would be more into Echo Park or Los Feliz.

I would choose Beverly Hills (definitely not BHPO) over a Los Angeles address any day as the city of Beverly Hills is very well managed. Need anything from a city of BH department? (Parking, Zoning, Trash Collection, Public Works, Police, Fire, etc.) Excellent customer service. The city of Los Angeles is a notoriously corrupt and inefficient bureaucracy. And don’t even get me started on the Los Angeles City Council. Even better is the Palisades. A lot less godawful tourists and an excellent place to live. Hey, did you know Eugene Levy is the Pali’s honorary mayor? 👍

You're obviously great at what you do, So Pleases get somebody that's great at sound to help you with your audio.. So hard to watch this video because you sound like you are on AM radio inside a Tin Can.. You would've sounded better if you just use the iPhone microphone . In .. Look into it, your videos will be that much better.. I know you care, so best of luck. Happy 2024.
