@@CyanLegend yea, I do I've done literally every running event there is to do. But I'm mainly a distance runner. And I occasionally do the 400, very unfortunate.

As someone who did it back in highschool (technically unified (which is basically for anyone including those with disabilities)) I can explain this: Track is basically what it is. Running on a track for a set amount of meters 100m, 400m(aka a full track). 4x100 relay(team race basically) etc. While field is doing events outside the track. Long jump. Shot out. Hammer through, etc

As someone who just ended their sophomore season, track and field is a sport where you can choose certain events, running events including sprints, relays, distance, hurdles etc, or field events which include shot put, discus, long jump, high jump, etc. Some people consider this sport fun, but most people call it hectic
