They did! They just don’t want to bother them. It’s culturally different in Europe. I remember seeing Beyoncé in Paris in shopping centre, same thing happened we all looked at her smiling but nobody wanted to disturb/bother her. Kept things cool and chilled!

wow, do you really need to lie? during that period they were on tour. this was filmed the 23rd of july 2018. if you google the dates of the otr2 tour, you will see that they had a break from 17th of july to the 25th of july, before they went to north america. so they didn't cancel any concert. you're pathetic.
