This is song is talking about a person accepting who you are completely, no matter what. She isn't talking about her appearance obviously no one is perfect, everyone has something that's "imperfect" whether it's physically or something about their personality. On the other hand, flawless is more of an empowerment song. It's song that when you hear it, it makes you feel good about yourself. At least it's my interpretation. That's the beauty of music, people can interpret lyrics differently.

Esteban Aranda since when is any pop, R&B, Hip hop song about Jesus, when people sing about Jesus or God its called Christian music or gospel and Beyonce is not the religious type, she's probably singing about a man, but its up to you, you can say the song is about Jesus all you want.

I don't think most people are getting the message in the actual song, and are focusing on the vid, showing Bey in pretty clothes and makeup instead. Her flaws are about herself as a person, not her physical, "weave-less", "makeup-less", and other natural self. It's like these days music videos only focus on the visual part instead of the actual song, ya know.

As a kid I remember her B-Day Deluxe album being a constant presence, this song is so nostalgic. I just had the urge to find it after about 8 years. Childhood memories of us listening to her songs and me dancing and memorizing the words due to how often I heard em... those were the days.
