She doesn't care about black people, and certainly doesn't care about Africa. If she cared about either, she would restart Malcolm X's 'Back to Africa' movement, which is the only smart and logical movement in modern American history.

I love that she always dances behind the blue man. I feel the symbolism that wherever she's gotten, it's because she is the 'shadow' of her ancestors, she kind of 'mimics' them. That resonates so deeply.

You can have admiration for someone but to put them on a pedalstal as if they are more than another human being in the world is crazy. While she is talented, she and gifted at what she does, Beyonce is not the “epitome” of human beings. Beyoncé is an entertainer, that is her occupation. God is everywhere and all around, in everyone whom believes in him; not one woman who will move on just like every one else. She can’t take none of her wealth, possessions or music with her. Stop thinking she closer to God than the other 8 billion people on the planet.

I consider myself to be an African-American because 95% of my DNA is African. I just hate that there's so much culture/tradions/religions I haven't experienced even though my ancestors are African. I will definitely be returning to my roots!

@@johuraramos8813 African Americans' ancestors (from all over Africa) were sold during the slave trade to America, so due to the cultural and genetic mixing it's difficult to tell/claim where exactly in Africa they are from, without a DNA test. Africans in Europe normally move there via voluntary immigration, so they are very much cognizant of their history. It's two different contexts

How does Beyoncé top herself EVERY project. The fact I didn’t think LEMONADE could serve better visuals than BEYONCÉ and the way I didn’t think Black is King would top LEMONADE, but yet, here we are.... Witnessing this excellence.

The fact that in the beginning it was a clip from lion king. But even deeper it was and African accent (rafekki) talking to an American accent (simba) saying he knows who he really is and will show him, then the song cuts in is beautiful.

Lucas muller your "opinion" is more of a stupid lie. I don't get how she is overrated. Look at her live performances, and we'll see if she is still overrated.

I love the fact that they used a passage from The Lion King which evokes for me, as an Afro descendant, the question of the quest for identity and cultural reappropriation. Because the history of Africa and Africans is always associated with slavery, whereas we were also powerful kings and queens.
