Not really. She did a really bad job with I will always love you. Watch it. She doesn't have the voice to sing everything. Her voice is powerful, it has a growl and a good range but she's can't sing everything because of the growl and the power.

Her ornamentation, manipulation of tone and dynamics, laryngeal dampening, chiaruscuro, mixing, head voice connection, chest register solidification, posture, overall registration, etc. She is *Way Way* better than Lauren.

Untrue. Beyoncé's voice is much more flexible and versatile. She has an aggressive tonality that can project with so much resonance. Beyoncé *IS* much more skilled in singing. Her instrument's mechanism enables her to operate with little to no tension and effort. Bey is the real thing.

Edwin Rios she didn’t write the song. Lauryn has all the soul and the heart because she wrote the damn thing, it’s her experience. Beyoncé has soul, but obviously she’s not going to express it the same, this is not her experience. I think her agility and ease make up for it.
