If you want to live in America you'll be welcomed with open arms just as long as you do it through the proper channels. The folks that come here under the radar put an enormous strain on each system that aids them. Generally they don't pay taxes but they're able to receive food stamps and similar. It makes it hard to fund folks that aren't putting back into it.

I got a letter a few months ago saying that the Social Security pot is "running out", and by 2032 they WILL have to drop $200 off of every thousand that they pay out to the hard working folks that EARNED their pay. I HAD to pay into the system, they SHOULD have to pay me what I earned until I'm dead. But, it looks like I'll be taking a $400+ pay cut in 8 years. TOTAL B.S.!! And it's ALL because of illegal immigrants and lazy scammers SUCKING money that they DON'T deserve out of the fund that I paid in for 35+ years... 😠 😡 😤

I understand there are those who want a better life. My family are immigrants, however it took them years before they were legally able to come to the US. It’s not fair for those who wait to come to America all while there are those who illegally enter and tax payers who pay for those who enter and need housing especially in California there’s a building catered to illegal immigrants. Where does the money come for their food stamps, free housing, and clothes? Tax payers. Great job ICE for all that you do.

This series was very enlightening, and in my opinion we need more of these agents/officers and any "sanctuary cities/states" should be suspended from getting federal funding of any type.

Detainers are valid for 72 hours after the detainee has officially served their sentence. ICE has to go pick the person up before the time is up. The person’s 4th amendment right would be violated if held longer than that.

2:58:56 That Indian guy was begging to let him be with his family so he could take care of them because he is the only one who takes care of all the daily needs and necessities (from driving child to school, getting groceries done because his wife can’t drive and if he were going to be detained, his family would be the one who would suffer the most) isn’t a very smart person. Instead of being appreciative that they tried their best to accommodate him and his family and did everything they possibly could to get the best outcome for him and his family, right away started complaining about that GPS ankle bracelet as soon he got informed that he was going to be released so he could take care of his family and job. To be honest, I felt sick to death about how far the human ungratefulness could go. Even though it might be hard to prove, but the moment he started complaining and showing his true self, I felt that he isn’t going to follow through the required actions that ICE officers have asked for (check regularly with ICE officers, attend any court hearings and so on), and will try to get rid of the GPS bracelet and try to get lost from ICE officers.

Ice do not remove people unless they commit felonies. Stop committing any type of crime. I was in mexico in Tabasco city. They asked for my passport, which I did not have on me. It was at the in-law house a couple of hours away while we were en route to the beach. At a checkpoint, I was detained till my wife got my passport. They told me I could be in prison for 5 years before I get removed back to the USA for being an illegal immigrant, if I did not have a passport or permission document from the main border i cross into Mexico. USA is one of the most lenient countries in the world to take action to be removed or jail for being illegal in the USA unless you get arrested for a crime and charge as guilty.

It's a very sorry situation, but everyone must follow the laws of the United States. I am now a citizen and have passed all immigration processes. My younger son was approved by USCIS and has been waiting for an interview with the US consulate since 2018. I'm tired of those who wish to come to the USA and profit from staying here, enjoying all the benefits, and taking over American jobs. Immigration is behind in legalizing people, which is why I'm not close to my son.
