That’s Because Al Ewing said that he couldn’t find a use of him in the story. Plus, at the time, it was implied that Skaar was going to join the savage Avengers. But that just never happened.

It's not that surprising. Hes a dumb character power wise. Way to comicy. Immortal hulk is well written. They wouldn't add a dumb character with inconsistent power like this.

He was featured in the spin-off, Gamma Flight. He was restored to his Hulk form there. The series took place simultaneously with IH.

The sad fact of the matter is... Marvel created a supremely cool character with Skaar, but do not know how to use him. Same goes with Lyra. Cannot believe they do not have those two hangs out with (THE NORMAL) Amadeus Cho 24/7. Marvel creates cool characters... that they have no idea how to use.

Annihilus awakens his powers of oblivion and that's another event leading up to oblivion conquering everythig. Would be so good
