Nice list, I feel hack squats should have been on this list I don't have a squat rack at home so I do hack squats I don't care about squatting heavy anyways I just want decent legs that make my physique balanced 😎👍

The main benefit of slant boards has to do with COG, center of gravity, issues and how the bodies of people especially people without the relative limb lengths to easily squat, issues with hip external rotation, etc. that are not naturally built to squat react to having the whole tripod foot on a slant board and/or weightlifting shoes with their elevated heels which is the same as slant boards do. In order not to fall over the body senses the center of gravity pulling the body to fall over and the body will autocorrect hip positions (more hip external rotation at starting position, etc.) etc. to keep balanced making it easier to squat. - For those interested in learning more about the topic I very highly recommend Bill Hartman, Mike Robertson, and Conor Harris material.

Is it true that the zercher squat works the biceps? I've seen videos of keg carries, other carries where people claim that it works the biceps better than other exercises since there's so much weight and the biceps are stabilizing to a great degree

They say you drop deeper into the bottom position (go ass to grass) it increases engagement in the core and biceps. Personally for me though, even wearing a sweater and using light weight hurt my biceps

All zercher stuff works the biceps. Try to hold the bar more on the forearm, with elbows farther out and arms angled inwards, not directly on the inner bicep tendon. Firmly rest the middle of the bar on your belly, some people consider it cheating to do that but it helps make it easier, shifts more of the weight into your torso and back and away from your arms.
