She doesn't knew that all women doesn't get married to if such case arise to get divorce they all are ready to put false charges, rather the biggest culprit are all lawyers of both sides who gave various suggestions for putting false allegations to make their case strong and if contestants won't agree to them, then their own lawyer negotiate with other side for their own benefit , more the number of cases more they can charge fees actually fooling both sides.

18:06 Just a room away of my house, there was a di who stayed there with one of her friends. She was very close to us and there was some instinct in her that she feared to marry always. About 2 years ago, she got married to a guy and within 3 months of her marriage, her in- laws murdered her... LITERALLY MURDERED HER.. And this woman says ki "kya poora khaandaan tumhare khilaaf aa gaya, aisa ho hi nhi skta" Bhai murder krna ek choti baat nhi hoti and uske liye kaafi planning ki hogi unhone..

Yes , i have seen my own mother suffer in marriage, n then faced something similar when in middle of an argument, my husband asked me to leave as it was “his house”. When I go to my parents house, I am now treated as a guest and ppl naturally expect me not to stay more then 3-4 days, I come from a well off family, yet according to my fathers decision, most of the things went to my brother and I respected this decision. Now, things are not well with my husband, and I want to leave without any demand with mutual consent, as I can earn enough for myself but can’t compromise with my self respect, but my husband is not agreeing on it as he wants to make my life miserable. To ye didi ptani konsi duniya ki batein krti h jha ye zalim auratein rehti h, mene to jo experience kiya h in marriage, I am better off single n lanat aise pese p, i to will return everything of my sasural, jewellery, clothes everything if they agree for consented separation

Sorry to say despite of laws and feminism there are a lot of women there are facing domestic abuse , rape and patriarchay in their life . And Apke inlaws ache sabke nhi hote madam .Aur rhi baat maintenance charge ki to ladki ko equal opportunities nhi milti na ladke jitni quality education milti hai na job opportunity . औरत होने का रोना बंद करो और बात बात पर victim बनना बंद करो। तुम औरतें जब लॉजिक से नहीं जीत पाती तो women card खेलना शुरू कर देती हो। आज के समय में पुरुष महिलाओं से ज्यादा झेल रहे हैं, शोषित हो रहे हैं। रही बात एजुकेशन की, तो ये तुम्हारा मां बाप का काम है कि तुमको अच्छी एजुकेशन दिलवाए ,तुम्हारे पति का नहीं। Alimony की भीख मत मांगो। मर्दों की कमाई फोकट में खाना है, काम कुछ नही करना। अगर पढ़ी लिखी नही हो तो अपने लायक कोई दूसरा काम ढूंढ लो । खुद काम कर खाओ। अनपढ़ लोगों के लिए भी बहुत सारे काम हैं दुनिया में। कुछ नहीं कर सकती तो मजदूरी करके खाओ।....😅

I agree to most of the points ,girls are born with certain qualities and also trained to some extent by mostly parents that she has to marry and go to grooms family and live there. But in the present day world where in many cases there is single girl child or may be two sisters, and husband has brother to take care of his parents, would you suggest that husband should leave his house and be with his in laws ,just the way a girl leaves every thing and starts new life in new environment

Girls parents are themselves choosing a groom who opts for nuclear family because they know how joint family works. I agree that it should be discussed before marriage..but even society need to understand the difference between culture and humanity. Just because it's tradition doesnt mean you can restrict DIL. If joint family after marriage is tradition then humanity is also tradition. And humanity is higher form of tradition than joint family. No girl hates joint family. They just hate how she gets restricted because of joint family.

For the creator of this podcast here as a women I diagree with you 15:15 when se says that if a women tells her husband her problems and that she cannot happily live with his family for the rest of her life shouldn't the man also take some responsibility to help his wife. Also jo ye bol rhi hai ki " insan toot jata hai, uska wajood khatam ho jata hai ye sunke" to aap ladki ke bare me bhi to socho wo bhi to apna sab kuch chod ke aayi hai na aapke sath rehne, are her feelings not valid? Im not saying divorce is the only options but you can't say that women should adjust all her life just to make the husband happy and if she is not adjustingshe is not a good woman. Maybe you have very good in-laws and I congratulate you on that but many women dont have the same fate. The biggest problem in our country is that the parents of the bay want to the girl to treat them like her own parents but will never accept her as their own daughter. A recent example is Vicky's mom in big boss 17. See her tone of talking to ankita and ankita's mother's tone of talking to vicky Secondly for fake cases i agree hote hai but jo real hote hai kya unko justice mil jata hai? Abhi recently when bilkis bano case convicts were released can you imagine the pain that women must have gone through. She fought for so long to get justice then this happens. I am so proud and so happy that our Honorable supreme court instantly reverted that decision. Also maybe you haven't seen that video of a family poorly beating the daughter in law that vent viral in the past years. Yes fake charges shouldn't be entertained but you cannot say that if she is coming after 10 years just to get her rights she is lying. Maybe she did not have the courage or resources to fight back at that point in time. Our country after many years is growing in the right direction please don't ruin it. Also this woman has not understood the meanihg of marital rape. At anytime if anything happens without consent it comes under that category only, no matter if you are married, dating or have kids even for that matter. Also that point where the male host says ki ladkiya ladko se ese bat karti hai to ladke bhi karenge is not right. Everyone deserves repect and i agree girls should also respect boys. And if you have time please watch shah rukh khans views on how to treat women and then you might understand why we as females praise that man through thick and thin.

Well, she is talking about the problems faced by boys due to girls misusing laws. Where did she say that all girls are bad or no man is bad? There are bad boys jinke wajeh se innocent girls suffer karte hai and there are bad girls jinke wajah se innocent boys suffer karte hai, it's two way.
