Just an observation. When it was asked about Bobby's favorite Brazilian player, he answered Ronaldo Gaucho, because he was midfielder. The subscription says "that's half" . This is the literal translation for "era meia". Meia in Brazilian portuguese is an informal word to designate players who plays in middle, or midfielder. So, Firmino liked Ronaldo Gaucho because he was "meia", or midfielder. The word used by the translation (half) in Brazilian portuguese is used to designate the middle of something. Example: o copo está meio cheio/ the glass is half filled. This is just an observation because for the English speakers, what Firmino said ("that's half") it doesn't make sense.

John S actually it just would sound like that for people who doesn't speak Portuguese, for us is clearer because he says "eu era meia, pô", I was a midfielder 'pô", this "pô" is a informal word in our language that makes clear that he was saying Alisson got that wrong.

There is a subtitle error when he said about Ronaldinho Gaucho. Firmino explains that he used to play like a midfilder ("meia" in portuguese), that's why he's a big fan of Ronaldinho. The translator problaly have understood wrong.

Quando o Firmino começou no Figueirense éra meia e jogava 3 vezes mais que agora! Naquela época eu disse que ele seria um grande jogador da seleção Brasileira, más o tempo passou e achei que tinha me enganado! Virou atacante e apareceu para o mundo da bola, muito bom jogador... más repito jogava muito mais como meia, suas características mudou bastante.

Eu vi ele jogando pelo figueirense e no primeiro jogo já disse esse cara é diferenciado, acho que hoje jogando como 9 ele vai muito bem porque ali temos três meias e três atacantes Firmino sala e mané, isso quebra qualquer esquema defensivo, os três revezam, do Figueira pro mundo.
