Rice Husk (Paddy Straw ) Baler Machine / Wheat Husk Baling Machine / Mustard Husk Packing Machine is most usable machine in India. This machine also known as paddy straw baler machine and we make two model of this machine, the first model is a tractor driven machine (Mobile Baler ) and the second model is an electric driven machine (Stationery Baler). Stationary Baler Machine is mostly installed in rice mills and 40 hp Electric Motor is requirement to run this machine.
This Is heavy Duty Horizontal Hydraulic Rice Husk Bagging Machine and this is the perfect machine for baling or bagging loose materials in small pieces such as rice husk, wheat husk, mustard husk, wood shavings, chopped straw, chopped hay, sawdust, etc.
The whole baling and bagging process is completely Semi automatic and is controlled by a programmable controller installed in the control panel. With firstly have a plastic bag fitted to the ejection bale , the operator just presses one button, the machine will compress the material and eject the dense bale into the pre-fitted plastic bag.
In this machine using feeding conveyor, which helps you save labor and increase throughput. This machine is designed for long hours of operation and can operate either manually or automatically with Touch Screen Controller Panel.
