ഒരിക്കൽ ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് ഒരു രാത്രി ബസ് യാത്രയിൽ പിറകിൽ സീറ്റിൽ ഇരുന്ന ആള് എന്നെ ഉപദ്രവിച്ചു.. സത്യം പറയട്ടെ, ആദ്യം പ്രതികരിക്കാൻ പറ്റിയില്ല. ആ shock കൊണ്ട് പെട്ടന്ന് low pressure ആയി.തലകറക്കം വന്നു, nausea ഉണ്ടായി.മേലാകെ തരിച്ചു.പെട്ടന്ന് ശരീരം തണുത്തു, ഇരുന്ന ഇടതു നിന്ന് കുറച്ചു നേരത്തേക്ക് അനങ്ങാൻ വയ്യാത്ത അവസ്ഥ. ' paralyzed ' ആയ പോലെ ഒരു ' തോന്നൽ '.. അതാണ്‌ trauma shock.. ജീവിതത്തിൽ ആദ്യമായി ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് രാത്രി face ചെയ്ത sexual haraasment. React ചെയ്യണം എന്നു വിചാരിച്ചിട്ട് പോലും ശരീരവും മനസ്സും വഴങ്ങാത്ത അവസ്ഥ... പിന്നീട് ഒരിക്കലും എനിക്ക് ആ അവസ്ഥ വന്നട്ടില്ല. But ആദ്യത്തെ അനുഭവം പലപ്പോഴും നമ്മുടെ കയ്യിൽ ഒതുങ്ങാത്തത് ആവും. എന്നെ പോലെ എത്ര പേർക്ക് ഈ ' shock ' ഉണ്ടായിട്ടു എന്നു എനിക്കു അറിയില്ല. ഫ്രണ്ട്‌സ് അവർക്കു ഉണ്ടായ harassment പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ.. "അവനെ അപ്പൊ തന്നെ രണ്ടെണ്ണം പൊട്ടിക്കാണായിരുന്നു " എന്നൊക്കെ വീമ്പു പറഞ്ഞ ഞാൻ എനിക്ക് ഒരു situation വന്നപ്പോൾ ' തളർന്നു പോയി '

എനിക്ക് അവളെ നേരിട്ട് അറിയുക പോലും ഇല്ല...എങ്കിലും എപ്പോഴും ഞാൻ അവളെ ഓർക്കും.. ഒരുപാടു വിഷമിക്കും... കാരണം എനിക്ക് അവളെ പോലെ ഒരു അനിയത്തി ഉണ്ട്.. കൂടാതെ ഞാൻ ഒരു അച്ഛൻ ആണ്...... അവൾക്കു നല്ലത് മാത്രം വരട്ടെ എന്ന് പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു.. അവൾ ലോകത്തിലെ മുഴുവൻ പെൺകുട്ടികൾക്കും ശക്തി പകർന്നു... അവൾക്കു നീതി വേണം......എട്ടാം പ്രതി ആണ് ഇതിലെ ഒന്നാം പ്രതി... കൂടെ അവന്റെ രണ്ടാം ഭാര്യയും.... രണ്ടിനെയും ജയിലിൽ അടക്കണം... പുറം ലോകം കാണരുത്..

ബസിൽ യാത്ര ചെയ്യുമ്പോളും റോഡിലൂടെ നടക്കുമ്പോളും എല്ലാം അനുഭവിച്ച തോണ്ടൽ അതിക്രമങ്ങൾ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ vulgar comments വർഷങ്ങൾക് ഇപ്പുറം ഞാൻ ഇന്നും ഓർക്കുന്നു അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അതൊന്നും മനസ്സിൽ നിന്നു പോവുന്നില്ല. ഏതൊരു സെൻസിറ്റീവ് ആയ സ്ത്രീക്കും ഞാൻ ഈ പറയുന്നത് relate ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയും. അപ്പോ ഇത്തരം അതിക്രമങ്ങൾ അനുഭവിച്ച സ്ത്രീകളുടെ അവസ്ഥ ആലോചിച് നോക്കു. അവർ കേസ് കൊടുക്കാൻ കാണിച്ച ധൈര്യം തന്നെ appreciate ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്. Celebrity ആയതിന്റെ പേരിൽ എത്ര മാത്രം cyber bullying അവർ ഇപ്പോളും അനുഭവിക്കുന്നു. Physical and mental traumayil നിന്നു അവർ എങ്ങനെ മുക്ത ആവും? ഈ സൊസൈറ്റി മാറിയിട്ടില്ല എന്നതിന് വ്യക്തമായ ഉദാഹരണം ആണ് അവരുടെ ന്യൂ ഫിലിം അന്നൗൺസ്‌മെന്റിനു താഴെ വന്ന മോശം comments. ഇപ്പോഴും ഇവരെ തെറ്റുകാരി ആക്കുന്നു. കുറ്റം പറയാൻ മുമ്പിൽ സ്ത്രീകൾ തന്നെയാണ് കൂടുതൽ എന്നതും ആശ്ചര്യം.

അതു ശരിയാ ദിലീപ് ഈ കേസിൽ വന്നതോടെ എനിക്ക് ഒരുപാട് ഇഷ്ട്ടം ആയിരുന്ന അവളെ ഞാൻ വെറുത്തുപോയി എന്തോ അറിയില്ല ദിലീപിനെ തകർക്കാൻ ഇറങ്ങി തിരിച്ചവൾ എന്നൊരു തോന്നൽ ആണ് പലപ്പോളും വാർത്ത കാണുമ്പോൾ തോന്നുന്നത്. പക്ഷേ അവൾ ശരിക്കും ഇതുപോലെ ഒരു പീഡനം അനുഭവിച്ചെങ്കിൽ 🙄🙄

അവൾ അനുഭവിച്ച, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇപ്പോഴും അനുഭവിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന വേദനയെ പറ്റി പറയുമ്പോൾ അവളെ പീഡിപ്പിക്കാൻ quotation കൊടുത്തവർക്ക് സന്തോഷം അല്ലെ ഉണ്ടാവുക.. അതുകൊണ്ട് അവളുടെ വേദനയെ പറ്റി കൂടുതൽ പറയാതെ കുറ്റവാളികൾ ശിക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടാൻ, നീതി കിട്ടാനുള്ള പോരാട്ടത്തിൽ എല്ലാവരും ഒറ്റക്കെട്ടായി നിൽക്കുക എന്ന അഭിപ്രായം ആണ് എനിക്ക്.

ഈ കേസ് വളരെ complicated ആണ്. നടി അക്രമിക്കപ്പെട്ടതിനു മുൻപുള്ള 5 വർഷം മലയാള സിനിമയിൽ എന്തൊക്കെ നടന്നു എന്നു സമഗ്രമായ ഒരു അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയാൽ മാത്രമേ ഈ കേസിനു തുമ്പുണ്ടാകൂ. അക്കാര്യത്തിൽ ഈ പറയുന്ന ഒരു ആളുടെയും പിന്തുണ ഉണ്ടാകില്ല. കാരണം അത്ര വൃത്തികെട്ട ഫീൽഡാണ് സിനിമ . അതൊന്നും ഈ പറയപ്പെടുന്ന മഹത് വ്യക്തികൾക്ക് അറിയാത്ത കാര്യവുമല്ല.

Unfriendly, she lives in Kerala . So, the justice never gonna happen now. But the public love her and they know who are the culprits even if they are not going to punish by Kerala system which is very corrupted. Laws must changed, politicians must changed, ideas of people must changed: A big change need in Kerala

ആ കുട്ടിക്ക് അവരെ ഒക്കെ കൊല്ലാൻ ഉള്ള ദേഷ്യവും പകയും തോന്നിയിട്ടുണ്ടാവില്ലേ... മനസ് എപ്പോഴും നീറുന്നുണ്ടാവില്ലേ.... ജീവിതത്തിൽ ഒരിക്കലും അത്‌ ആ കുട്ടിക്ക് മറക്കാൻ ആകുമോ.
