Yes, Lakhanpuri is now known as Lucknow. On lakshman Teela Sheshnag worship was happening and a big gathering Mela organised every year as per historians, and travellers. During islamic ruling that got changed and now controversial. We rarely discuss and know our great history from past.

You can go to udaipur and see their family tree in udaipur. Sisodiya, kachhwaha , Rathore are branches of the suryawanshi kshatriya clan.

kosal ( kosala ) is near Bilaspur of Chattisgarh. ( besides this area is also termed as kosal and taking some area of northern Odissa -jharsuguda area it is called Maha-kosal). during this court proceedings for ram janma bhumi , some Rajasthan Raj gharana ( Jaipur ?) had shown continuous genealogy. and capt amrinder had shown genealogy of Krishna; Rohatgi / Rastogi etc are Jaudheya ( Yudhisthir lineage ) and there are Janjuas ( mainly in pakistan lineage of Janmejay - Arjun !! )

I was in 11th class , When I knew my family is direct descendants of shri Ram'Son Kush ❤😂. I didn't believed completely at that time. But now I do, we Have "Kushwaha" "kachwaha" surname. Our Kuldevta is Lord Hanuman. When till I was 6-7 yrs old I felt lord hanuman always talks to me. I didn't mention it to others till I was in 11th class. Even my elder sister shared her experience saying Hanuman also used to talk to her 😢 It was our personal secret 😂between Hanuman ji & us Whenever I was in problem, if I was honest , he helped me. I'm trying to dig more into my ancestory through my great grand parents & grand parents. My maternal great Grandparents were from Surajpur, Pakistan. My paternal Grandparents were from Purvanchal. Now I live in Lucknow 😂, I visit chandrika mata mandir it was built by narad muni. Laxman ji founded Lucknow by The grace of chandra shakti peeth of Sati mata called Chandrika mata. Jai shree Ram❤😊 I will always try to follow my ancestors.

Chandraketu ruled a region called Chandradyuti. I could not find where that city is.
