Pranam! Hare krishna 🙏 It's the first time I am writing ' hare krishna' before starting a line. It's has been 11 years since i am facing self doubt, anxiety disorder.I Have been abused mentally from my paternal family also. I always had a strong disbelief on god. From lockdown my anxiety became worse. From last 4 years i have been struggling to sleep , to eat , to do my work everyday literally. I took appointment of various eminent psychiatrist and psychologist but that don't help me much. I am tired now , I can't take this pain, overthinking is killing me . Please help me Krishna 🙏. I want to devote my life to you.
