that pain in lower back is because we rarely train our lower back and before deadlifting exercise it is recommended to do some stretches which will allow more blood flow in our lower back and that pain will persist for more 2-3 sessions and after that it will stop paining. So try to accommodate lower back exercises 2 times a week and that pain will turn into a V shape back

Being an fitout engineer in the gulf i would suggest you not to take any risk while standing on these foldable ladders and dont trust them blindly.i made a same mistake when i told one of my worker to work on the top pedal ,believe me he had a narrow escape as we were shocked to see one of the side lock suddenly fell down.everyday we are doing a safety inspection of every ladder still this thing happened, even though that was from one of the trusted company but you never know when such incidents would happen.

It would be wonderful to see both the brothers under one roof permanently in the future; it would bring even more joy to Mummy Ji.

Saurabh don't do deadlifts; There are many exercises you can do in place of this one. It's really tricky, hard & prone to injuries. It doesn't suits everyone, correct form is really crucial it puts so much of pressure on back.. It can f%$k the lower back forever. Just an unsolicited advice but worthy one.

Bro I am from australia. i am not sure what are rules regarding electrical installations in canada, but over here if you do major change in electrical composition of your own home ( including changing/installation of a new light fitting ) without a certified electrician and if god forsaken anything happens in your house hold ( like fire caused by electrical fault ) then one's insurance can void all your claims based on they were done by non certified individual, hence i will be very vary of putting these videos ( how ever much entertaining) online were you do basic stuff yourself. cheers mate
