I like the set up of these interviews, Mike. I’m glad you asked about their perceptions of their other cast mates, that part is always interesting to look back on later in the season. Interesting hearing Bhanu’s background. I hope his shoulder doesn’t cause him any problems.

Hmm, you know what's interesting about these videos? It's kind of like you are out on the island in a tribe with them and you are getting to know them on day 1. It's kind of fun to assess the players from this perspective and predict how they will do. Sadly, the actual show doesn't give us too much of the day 1, feet hit the sand interactions, because they are hyper-focused on sweat vs savvy, which I personally have never once been entertained by.

Very high energy, if he can meld with his tribe he should have an easy path to the merge but if he doesn’t he could be an easy first boot. Think like Marryanne, almost went home pre merge for being too high energy. I’m predicting pre merge or early jury. RIP Tim💀💀💀

@@polaritygames3046many people have mentioned this dude and some discribed him as having curly black hair as well so I think it was an alternate. they've all said there are 20 people as well when we know there are only 18 on the cast.

if anyone here is in the medical field pls correct me if i'm wrong but my understanding is that if you are prone to get your shoulder dislocated having surgery can fix the tissue/ligament so that _shouldn't_happen anymore. like based on what he says about getting surgery TO be on survivor, i think he knew the risk would be too high if he did NOT have the surgery. this is also more a comment to Mike&Rob's discussion on Bhanu on the podcast.

I think he meant to say Tony but instead said Tysons name when he talked about a winner who won villainously, came back to be an early boot, then won again through showing a more humane side of himself. Never realized how similar their two journeys have been though.

So I at first thought he was talking about Tim. But after watching Jelinsky's interview I think he's talking about the alternate his intitals is SD. And according to Jelinsky he's Arab. But maybe he could be something else. I wanna see this SD guy play

Bhanu's fun, but there's something about players who pick a fan favorite as the player they identify with most. Spencer as a person is so far from Bhanu. Spencer's practically a bot. 😅 There are plenty of players who have been higher energy, didn't take things too seriously, and still had fight in them.

Dude is probably a great guy but he couldn't be a worse Survivor player if he tried..... Tis definitely not the game for his wishy-washy, emotional, diarrhea of the mouth, scatterbrained, can't carry a thought without panicking, poster child for what not to do on Survivor. Even his casting video is suspect as hell because he couldn't give a straight answer without having to mull it over and stall {which to me means people are going to distrust him~ right off the bat.} I truly don't think I've ever seen a worse Survivor player EVER and I've watched every season.
