వృత్తిరీత్యా వైద్యడైనా... ప్రవృతిగా నటనను ఎంచుకొని తెలుగు సినీపరిశ్రమలో మంచి గుర్తింపు తెచ్చుకున్నాడు. కానీ ఇంకా ఏదో వెలితి. వైద్యం కోసం తనదగ్గరకు వచ్చే వాళ్లల్లో పాతికేళ్లు నిండకుండానే మధుమేహం బారినపడటం అతన్ని కలిచివేసింది. ప్రజల ఆరోగ్యం కోసం ఏదైనా చేయాలని తపించాడు. మూలాలు వెతికాడు. ఏడాదిన్నరపాటు శ్రమించాడు. తాత ముత్తాతలు తిన్న చిరుధాన్యాలే.... రేపటి తరానికి రక్షణగా నిలుస్తాయని గ్రహించి... వాటితో వివిధ రకాల ఆహారాన్ని తయారు చేసి ప్రజలకు వడ్డిస్తున్నాడు. అతడే ప్రముఖ సినీనటుడు, హృద్రోగ వైద్య నిపుణుడు భరత్ రెడ్డి.

ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలో చదివే పిల్లల కు ప్రభుత్వం చిరుధాన్యాలను సరఫరా చేస్తే అటు పిల్లలకు పోషకాహారం...ఇటు రైతులకు ప్రోత్సాహo లభిస్తుంది. నాసిరకం బియ్యానికి బదులుగా ఇలా చెయ్యాలి.

ఇది ఒక్కపటి khadar sir dream ఇప్పటి కైనా ప్రజల్లో ఆహారం మీద అవగాహనా తెచ్చుకున్నారు ఈ మిల్లెట్స్ హోటల్స్ ప్రతి గల్లీ లోకి ఉండాలని మనస్ఫూర్తిగా కోరుకుంటున్నాము మేము కూడా 4years గా మిల్లెట్స్ తింటున్నాం ఇవి తినడం వాళ్ళ మా లైఫ్ లో అద్భుతాలు చుస్తునాం ఈ కరోనా సంక్షోబంలో

Good Bharat. I have been eating millets in place of rice and I’m able to avoid diabetes tablets. I was diagnosed with diabetes nearly 2years ago and I’m able to stay away from taking medicines just because of millets . Please buy only whole millets as if you eat polished millets you won’t see any difference. May be you start with Ukma. Just prepare like normal Ukma and it’s yum.
