Such type of law will be useful for very few womens who actually face such situtaion as compared to the womens who use this law as a revenge game . Earlier for betterment of womens implementing such laws can be helpful but nowdays according to the current sitauion some womens use this as a tool or weapon just to take revenge or to earn money. Gender diversity/ quity means they will be hired just for sale of having women in an organisation.
