Hi... It was super in taste .... So crisp yet with spice in mouth... Thanks for the recepi .. There is one more recepi with Bendi... 1. Slice bendi from top to bottom but don't make two halves, make insiction to stuff powder. 2. Jeera powder, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, very little salt mix well. 3. Stuff the power in incision made in bendi 4. Tawa fry it with little oil, don't stir, 2 mins one side and next 2 mins other side...
