INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
Ingredients to make cheena kofta
1 Litre Full Cream Milk
1/2 tsp Freshly Grounded Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Freshly Grounded Coriander
1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
Coriander Leaves Chopped
1 Inch Ginger Grated
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp CornStarch
INGREDINETS FOR MAKING GRAVY
1 laddle TATA SIMPLY BETTER Groundnut oil
2 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
3 - 4 Garlic Cloves Grated
3 Onion Chopped
3 Tomatoes Chopped
2 - 3 Green Chillies Chopped
1 Capsicum Chopped
1 Inch Ginger Grated
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Sugar
GARNISH
Processed Cheese Cubes
Kasuri Methi
Chilli Flakes
Oregano or Pizza Seasoning
