I agree. Home made chaaps can be customized for taste but street chaaps are made hastily, forgoing the intermediate process leading to average taste. Standard process for preparing chaaps is to first boil them with lemon juice and salt to remove dirt and impurities. Then either cut them lengthwise or circular pieces. If you want whole chaap then just poke holes into it. Then fry the chaaps till they become golden. It removes the moisture so that marinade is properly absorbed inside. Then bake them at 230 degree for atleast 30 minutes on wire rack in oven. Pour plenty of molten butter on baked chaap and mix up and down till all butter is absorbed into them. Then pour fresh cream at room temperature over them and mix together. I know you might think that its most unhealthy fast food in the world due to high amount of fat content but thats how tastiest malai chaap is made. Its recommended that we have it once in a month to avoid obesity. We must reduce calorie intake in other ways by having mostly boiled foods on some days of the month or one day fruit diet.

M fan of soya chaap but only in weekend we go to eat and if we hungry for this then we have no option to go.. M saying this because I tried soya chaap in many place but in New Ashok nagar there is dinesh chaap wala.. That chaap was amazing.. If we go to new place to eat chaap them we must remember to those dinesh chaap wala.. I see this video and I tried.. U just can't imagine my husband told me this chaap Is best from dinesh chaap..
