I tried it today. I cooked for 25 mins after one whistle on the cooker as per the recipe instructions…Then I pressure cooked it for 3 whistles. All on low flame. Turned out great!!!!! Thanks for the easy recipe…

There's no shortcut to cooking good quality mutton. Mutton needs 'BHUNAYE' for a minimum of 15 mins, as that makes mutton crispy and easy to digest.
