Dear Bharat, being from the state of Assam known for its tea, I can tell you that, we don't make tea this way. First water is boiled, then tea leaf is given and boiled until it is dark red/black liquid. Milk is heated separately and then liquor is mixed with milk. This way, you will never feel tea acidic.

फुल क्रीम दूध और अच्छी चायपत्ती के साथ 'थोड़ा सब्र ' बहुत जरूरी है.. चाय में उबाल आने पर चम्मच चलाते रहें ताकि चाय का तापमान कम होता रहे और वो कड़वी न हो, दो बार चाय की पपड़ी हटाएं जिससे वो पूरी तरह पक जाए ..चीनी आखिरी १ मिनट में डालें...ये मेरा तरीका है
