Bitterness of methi is reasonable.It is not at all that bitter.Each and every vegetable has its own taste and flavour.And everybody has their own taste and likings.So many people like bitter gourd and methi as it is as am I.So I am definitely going to try this recipe.Thanks for sharing this recipe,

Aap oil ka bahut use karte hai...aise to ye fayada kam nuksan jyada karegi...green vegetables ko jitne plain type se banaya jaye ..sirf green chilli , garlic and salt se Utna hi wo fayada karegi..
