Green Cardamom= 6
Cumin Seeds= tsp
Black Pepper= 1 tsp
Lamb Curry Cut= 1 kg
Black Cardamom= 2
Fennel Seeds= 1/4 tsp
Kasuri Methi= 1 tsp
Green Chilli= 4
Garlic Clove = 20
Ginger= 2 inch
Onion= 200 gm
Chicken= 600 gm
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1/2 tsp
Salt= 1 tbsp
Curd= 3 tbsp
Mustard Oil= 4 tbsp
Cinnamon Stick= 2 inch
Bay Leaf= 2
Water= 1 cup

I have tried this dish on pressure cooker and it was amazing 😋....chef khursheed Alam has a easy style of home cooking.

try cooking it in a clay handi. the physics of the cooking process is different in clay as heat is conducted by infrared radiation more so than thermal conduction like in a metal pot. So, the food cooks differently and that has a different effect on the taste and texture of the food.
