Mutton= 3 kg
Curd= 3 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste= 6 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper= 2 tbsp
Red Chilly Powder= 4 tbsp
Cumin Powder= 3 tbsp
Garam Masala= 3 tbsp
Coriander Powder= 6 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 2 tbsp
Salt= 3 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder= 3 tbsp
Whole Green Chilly= 10

Is recipe ko maharaaj...agar aap bina laal mirchi ki powder(dono kashmiri aur teekhi )ke Bina pakayenge to aur bhi achi test aur authentic mutton ki colour khil kar aayegi...humlog is recipe ko aise hi bina laal mirchi ke bahut baar pakaye hain.... ise humlog ke taraf aundha shikaar maansh bolte hain...🙏🙏🙏
