Punjabi Bharwa Karela Recipe
Karela or Bitter Gourd is not liked by many
because of its bitterness. But this recipe of
stuffed karela has no bitterness at all! This recipe of Stuffed Karela is slightly sweet and slightly tangy.
Ingredients:
Karela (bitter gourd)- 1 kg
Onions -1.5 kg
Green chilli-5
Garlic - 14 cloves
Ginger -3 inch
Cumin seeds-1tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala-l/2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Mustard oil to fry
