INGREDIENTS:
For The Masala:
Cumin Seeds= 1 tbsp
Fennel Seeds= 1 tbsp
Coriander Seeds= 2 tbsp
Dry Red Chilli= 8
Amchur Powder= 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1 tsp
Mustard Oil= 2 tbsp
Salt= 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leave= 1 tbsp
Eggplant= 500 gm (baingain)
For The Tadka:
Mustard Oil= 1/2 cup
Cumin Seeds= 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds= 1 tsp
Green Chilli= 1 tbsp
Onion= 3 medium size
Ginger Garlic Paste= 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1/2 tsp
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1 tbsp
Tomato= 3 medium size
Salt= 1 tsp
Cumin Powder= 1 tsp
Garam Masala= 1 tsp
Coriander Powder= 1 tbsp
Kasuri Methi Powder= 1/2 tsp
Water= 3 tbsp
Coriander Leave= 2 tbsp
Water= 1. 1/2 cup
